You can use pocket queries created by geocaching.com or create gpx file with some other application like GSAK. 2 Install: Ways to install application: Send sis package to your phone with Bluetooth. Send it in e-mail attachment to your phone. Copy it to your memory card and install via phone file manager. And remember to copy your own gpx file to memory card or to the phone memory! Suggested place for gpx-file is Documents folder. If you get error “Certificate Error, contact the application supplier”. To accept all applications and solve this issue: Go to Tools > App. mgr > Options > Settings. Change “software installation” from “Signed Only” to “All” and “Online certic. check” to “off”. This will most likely solve your problem. However, please be aware that you turned off one extra layer of security for the device. I wouldn't worry too much about malware or viruses but it is a good role of thumb to only download and install applications from known sources. 3 Loading GPX file: Copy your pocket query file (which has .gpx prefix) to your memory card or to your phone memory. Program doesn’t load whole file to memory, so there are no known limit to file size. But remember that searching from large file can be extremely slow. Recommended maximum is 500 caches. Select “File->Load file” from application menu, and browse to location you saved your file. 4 Using GSAK created files. Program should work fine with pocket queries from geocaching.com. But if you make gpx file with GSAK, remember not to include any extra information in to the file. (Only information that is included in GC pocket queries, are allowed) In “Export GPX/LOC file” window. Uncheck from Export options: Use defaults. (Only in GSAK 7) Include user notes in export. Include child waypoints. Include GSAK extra fields in export. 5 Keys Arrows left & right: Move to next or previous cache. Arrows up & down: Scroll screen. Number 1: Show basic cache information Number 2: Show cache description. Number 3: Show last 5 logs Note! Secret hint can be viewed only from Menu View->Hint. 6 Searching You can Search caches by GC code or name. Enter part of code or name to search dialog in Menu->Search. Program will show only first 30 to 80 caches depending how much memory is left. 7 Other: Date format is YYYY:M:D Like 2007.5.30 More information from www.petnetti.net/gpxbrowser/ Last update 13.7.2007
